Description
1. Instead of basmati rice, you can use regular white rice. 2. You can also use any other type of cabbage, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, and/or pumpkin.

- Mung Beans - ½ cup
- Basmati rice - ¼ cup
- Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Asafoetida - ¼ teaspoon
- Turmeric - ⅓ teaspoon
- Adyghe cheese - 10.6 oz
- Cumin (Zira) - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - ⅓ teaspoon
- Salt - 1½ teaspoons
- Butter - 2.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the rice and mung beans separately until cooked.
Step 2
Sauté the cabbage, carrot, and pepper together with the spices.
Step 3
Fry the Adyghe cheese.
Step 4
Let it sit for a while.
