  • Pork Blood - 35.3 oz
  • Lard - 2.1 oz
  • Onion - 5 heads
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut 1 kg of pork into pieces, season with salt, and fry in 4–5 tablespoons of lard. Then transfer to a soup bowl or a small pot.

Step 2

Peel and chop 5–6 heads of onion, season with salt, and crush in a wooden mortar. Sprinkle with black and red ground pepper. The onion can also be sliced; in that case, it should be salted, sprinkled with black and red ground pepper, and rubbed by hand.

Step 3

Add the prepared onion to the fried meat. Cover the dish with a lid and shake horizontally until the onion is well mixed with the meat.
