Ingredients

- Peanut Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Honey - 2 teaspoons
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Green onion tops - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the kohlrabi and turnip and grate them using a coarse grater or food processor.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix lime juice, peanut oil, honey, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add finely chopped green onion, finely chopped kohlrabi leaves, grated kohlrabi, and turnip. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes.
