Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the carrots using a vegetable grater.

Step 2

Prepare the dressing. Mix all the ingredients except for the carrots. Finely chop the herbs.

Step 3

Combine the grated carrots with the dressing and herbs, mixing thoroughly.

Step 4

Leave in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
