- Spaghetti - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Drumstick - 8 pieces
- Sugar - 8 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Toasted Sesame - 8 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Boiling water - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lightly heat the washed drumsticks (wings, thighs — whatever you have or prefer) in oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Add boiling water and cover with a lid, cooking until partially cooked for about 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Open the lid and sprinkle each piece of chicken with a tablespoon of sugar, then cover again, but now check periodically — the sugar should caramelize.
Step 4
Drizzle with soy sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the cooked spaghetti topped with chicken, drizzle with caramelized soy sauce, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
