Ingredients
- White Beans - 6 oz
- Korean-style Cabbage Seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 2 heads
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak 1 cup of beans in water overnight.
Step 2
In the morning, cook the beans. To do this, bring the beans in water to a boil, drain, fill with cold water, and bring to a boil again — change the water three times and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the bitter seasoning for Korean carrots ('Magic Tree') to the cooked beans to taste, do not stir. About 1 teaspoon of seasoning for 2 cups of cooked beans.
Step 4
Fry the onions in vegetable oil (2 tablespoons of oil and 2 onions).
Step 5
Pour the hot onions with oil over the beans directly onto the seasoning, mix, and add salt.
