Ingredients

  • Eggplants - 2 pieces
  • Green Onion - 0.4 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Chili Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar - ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 1 fl oz
  • Salt - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the eggplants and cut them into sticks.

Step 2

Heat a pan with oil, add the eggplants, pour in water, and cook covered until ready.

Step 3

For the dressing, combine soy sauce, sugar, chili, minced garlic, and sesame in a separate bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Chop the green onion.

Step 5

Remove the cooked eggplants from heat, add the dressing, include the green onion, salt to taste, and mix.
