  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Cucumbers - 4 pieces
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the beef, cut it into small pieces, and fry it in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Slice the onion into thin half-rings and fry it together with the carrot.

Step 3

Slice the cucumbers into rings and lightly fry them in butter.

Step 4

Mix the meat and vegetables, drizzle with vinegar. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
