  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Spices - a pinch
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grease a baking sheet with oil, lay out the meat, and bake. When it browns, turn it over (in total, it took me about 1 hour at 392°F).

Step 2

Cut the pork into small pieces, add 2 chopped onions, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar (level, you can use regular sugar), 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, black pepper, and optionally add cumin. Marinate for 1 hour to overnight.
