- Millet - ½ cup
- Bacon - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste

Sort the millet and rinse thoroughly.
Step 2
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, add the millet, salt, and cook until done.
Step 3
Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes, add them to the porridge, and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the bacon finely.
Step 5
Peel, wash, and chop the onion, place it in a skillet with the bacon and sauté.
Step 6
Add the bacon and onion to the porridge and cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Wash and chop the parsley.
Step 8
Serve the finished porridge in bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
