Ingredients
- Trout - 8.8 oz
- Rice - 0.7 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Raisins - 0.5 oz
- Ginger - ¼ g
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the fish, gutting it without cutting the belly, through the opening created after removing the gills, then rinse and salt it.
Step 2
Fill the fish with boiled rice seasoned with butter, raisins, and ginger.
Step 3
Shape the prepared fish into a ring, threading the tail fin through the opening in the lower jaw, then place it on a greased baking sheet sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven.
Step 4
Serve the trout on a platter, garnished with sprigs of parsley.
