- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 9 pieces
- Onion - 3 heads

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine all the ingredients (120 ml of milk), knead. Cut the dough into pieces, roll out thin flatbreads, and bake on a hot dry skillet on both sides until golden brown. Wrap the finished flatbreads in a napkin to keep them soft.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Boil the peeled potatoes, mash them with milk (120 ml) and butter. Peel and dice the onion, sauté in vegetable oil, combine with the mashed potatoes, and mix.
Step 3
Place the filling on one half of the flatbread, cover with the other half. Brush the surface with melted butter.
