Ingredients

  • Lamb - 17.6 oz
  • Tarkhuna Syrup - 7 fl oz
  • Cilantro - 3.5 oz
  • Scallions - 1.8 oz
  • Basil - 0.5 oz
  • Parsley - 0.5 oz
  • Tzitzmati - 0.5 oz
  • Apple Wine - 10 fl oz
  • Plums - 1.1 oz
  • Ground ancho chili pepper - to taste
  • Onion - 3.5 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Fat Tail Fat - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into cubes, chop the herbs coarsely, and mix everything well.

Step 2

Cut the fat tail and melt it over low heat in a deep skillet.

Step 3

Add the chopped onion and sauté well over low heat.

Step 4

Add the mixture of herbs and meat along with all remaining ingredients to a pot and simmer until cooked for about forty minutes.
