Ingredients
- Lamb - 17.6 oz
- Tarkhuna Syrup - 7 fl oz
- Cilantro - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Basil - 0.5 oz
- Parsley - 0.5 oz
- Tzitzmati - 0.5 oz
- Apple Wine - 10 fl oz
- Plums - 1.1 oz
- Ground ancho chili pepper - to taste
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Fat Tail Fat - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into cubes, chop the herbs coarsely, and mix everything well.
Step 2
Cut the fat tail and melt it over low heat in a deep skillet.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and sauté well over low heat.
Step 4
Add the mixture of herbs and meat along with all remaining ingredients to a pot and simmer until cooked for about forty minutes.
