Ingredients
- Frozen spinach discs - 28.2 oz
- Lamb Shoulder - 8 pieces
- Olive Oil - 8 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 4 heads
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the spinach and boil it for one minute in salted water.
Step 2
Let it cool, then squeeze out the excess water and chop it.
Step 3
In two tablespoons of oil, sauté the onion over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Season the chops with salt and ground black pepper. Grill them in the remaining oil for 5-6 minutes, turning once. Mix the garlic with the spinach and onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place the spinach mixture on a plate. Top with the lamb chops and serve.
