  • Ground Cumin - ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ground Cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the diced meat, chopped onion, olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes.
