Ingredients
- Lamb - 5.3 oz
- Rice - 0.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - ¼ piece
- Potato - 7.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Lemon - 0.5 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cilantro - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb meat into pieces and pass it through a meat grinder twice.
Step 2
Add the boiled rice and chopped cilantro to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Form balls from the prepared filling, dip them in an egg mixed with water (in a 1:1 ratio), coat with breadcrumbs, and fry in clarified butter.
Step 4
Serve the kololak drizzled with butter alongside fried potatoes and lemon, garnished with parsley sprigs.
