- Apple Wine - 10 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz

Sear the lamb rack in oil on all sides until browned.

Combine the white wine with the broth and adjika, and cook for ten minutes. In a deep skillet, pour the broth and wine mixture, add the pork loin, and place it in an oven preheated to 392°F for fifteen minutes. After that, remove it from the oven, mix the sauce with garlic and chopped cilantro, and serve.
