Description
Lamb Rack with Lingonberry Marinade
Ingredients
- Lamb - 24.7 oz
- Lingonberry - 3.5 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - 3 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Herbs - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the onion into medium-sized cubes. Chop the dill, parsley, and rosemary not too finely. Add black pepper, salt, cumin, finely grated garlic, and lingonberries. Mix everything by hand until the lingonberries burst.
Step 2
Rub the lamb with the prepared marinade and let it sit for an hour. This time is enough for the meat to absorb the flavors well.
Step 3
Then place it in a steamer and cook for about 1.5 hours.
Step 4
While the lamb is cooking, prepare the potatoes. To give them an appetizing yellow color and more, we need a simple marinade, specifically — take olive oil. Add turmeric, ground red pepper, and salt to the oil. Coat the potatoes with this mixture.
Step 5
25–30 minutes before the lamb is done, place the potatoes in the steamer alongside the lamb. For garnish — before serving, take the bell pepper and cut it in half. Fill it with homemade adjika. Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
