Description

- Salt - 1 teaspoon

- Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1 piece

Wash the lamb ribs under running water and dry them with paper towels.

Peel the garlic and chop it.

Marinate the ribs. Mix the chopped garlic, herbs, pepper, and salt. Rub the mixture onto the ribs. Pour soy sauce over the ribs in the container.
