Description

  • Rack of Lamb - 28.2 oz
  • Italian chopped parsley - to taste
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the lamb ribs under running water and dry them with paper towels.

Step 2

Peel the garlic and chop it.

Step 3

Marinate the ribs. Mix the chopped garlic, herbs, pepper, and salt. Rub the mixture onto the ribs. Pour soy sauce over the ribs in the container.

Step 4

Squeeze the lemon juice, slice the lemon into rings, and add it to the mixture. Stir and let the ribs marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Step 5

Bake the ribs: tightly wrap them in foil, possibly in several layers, and place them in a preheated oven at 392°F for 1.5 hours.
