Ingredients

  • Lamb - 10.6 oz
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
  • Basil - 1.8 oz
  • Parsley - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Cognac - 3 tablespoons
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the lamb into strips and fry in butter with garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour in the cognac 5 minutes before it's done.

Step 2

Wash the basil leaves and chop them.

Step 3

Cut the bell pepper into strips.

Step 4

Dice the tomatoes.

Step 5

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet.

Step 6

Combine the meat with the vegetables, add the basil. Dress the salad with the cognac sauce used for frying the lamb.

Step 7

Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
