Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the lamb leg with salt and pepper, and roast it for 3 hours at a temperature of 338°F.
Step 2
While the leg is roasting, prepare the side dish. Roast the eggplants in the oven for one hour at 356°F until they have a charred skin. Let them cool, then blend the flesh with salt.
Step 3
