  • Nutmeg - 0.4 oz
  • Thyme - 0.2 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - 0.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rub the lamb leg with salt and pepper, and roast it for 3 hours at a temperature of 338°F.

Step 2

While the leg is roasting, prepare the side dish. Roast the eggplants in the oven for one hour at 356°F until they have a charred skin. Let them cool, then blend the flesh with salt.

Step 3

Prepare the béchamel sauce: sauté the flour in a pot with butter, then add milk and nutmeg. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Step 4

Serve the lamb with eggplants mixed with béchamel sauce.
