- Prunes - 0.7 oz
- Chicken Broth - 3 fl oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Ghee - 0.7 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Bay leaf - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb into 40 g pieces and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Cut the peeled potatoes in half and fry until semi-cooked. Chop the onion and sauté in butter until soft. Rinse the prunes in cold water.
Step 2
In a small clay pot, layer the prepared ingredients: first the lamb, then the potatoes, prunes, and onion, followed by the tomatoes (peeled and diced). Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, and ghee. Pour in the broth and place in an oven preheated to 392°F for 40-50 minutes.
