  • Tomatoes - 1.4 oz
  • Rosemary - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Chicken Broth - 3 qt
  • Celery stalk - 0.7 oz
  • Garlic - 0 oz
  • Thyme - to taste
  • Lentils - ½ g
  • Shallot - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sear the shoulder until lightly browned.

Step 2

Sauté the vegetables separately and then add the broth.

Step 3

Simmer everything together until cooked, and at the very end, add spices and herbs.

Step 4

For the lentils: lightly sauté the vegetables, then add the lentils and cover with water.

Step 5

Cook until done, then blend everything in a blender until smooth.
