- Carrot - 1.4 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.4 oz
- Rosemary - a pinch
- Salt - a pinch
- Chicken Broth - 3 qt
- Celery stalk - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 0 oz
- Thyme - to taste
- Lentils - ½ g
- Shallot - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sear the shoulder until lightly browned.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables separately and then add the broth.

Simmer everything together until cooked, and at the very end, add spices and herbs.
