- Lamb stomach - 42.3 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 35.3 oz
- Onion - 3 heads
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - a pinch
- Spices - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into pieces 1–2 cm thick.
Step 4
Wash and peel the onions.
Step 5
Cut the onions into pieces 1–2 cm thick.
Step 6
Wash and peel the carrot.
Step 7
Cut the carrot into pieces 1–2 cm thick.
Step 8
Wash and dry the meat. Cut into pieces 2 cm thick.
Step 9
Place the potatoes, onions, and carrots at the bottom of the baking dish. Add salt and sprinkle with spices.
Step 10
Top with pieces of meat, add salt, and add spices to taste.

Place in the preheated oven at 392°F for 1.5 hours.
