Ingredients
- Lamb - 3.5 oz
- Zucchini Caviar - 3.5 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Tomato Puree - 1 fl oz
- Swiss Cheese - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb, pass it through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper, mix, and fry in butter.
Step 2
Add the fried finely chopped onion to the minced meat.
Step 3
In a greased frying pan, place a layer of eggplant caviar, then a layer of fried meat with onions, followed by another layer of eggplant caviar, pour with tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the lamb in the same dish, sprinkled with parsley.
