Ingredients
- Lamb - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Chinese green beans - 14.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the lamb and cut it into small pieces (about 3–4 pieces per serving), place it in a shallow pot, and sauté in heated oil.
Step 2
Then, pour water over the sautéed lamb until it is covered, and simmer with the lid on for 30–40 minutes.
Step 3
Next, add the sautéed onion, finely chopped green beans (cleaned of strings), chopped red pepper, season with salt and pepper, and continue simmering until the lamb is fully cooked.
Step 4
When serving, transfer the lamb with beans to a warmed dish and sprinkle with parsley or dill.
