Ingredients
- Lamb - 5.3 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Okra - 5.3 oz
- Tomatoes - 2.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cilantro - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sear the pieces of prepared lamb in butter until partially cooked.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter.
Step 3
Wash the small okra pods and carefully remove the stems.
Step 4
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Step 5
Place the sautéed lamb pieces in a deep pot, add the prepared onion, okra, tomatoes, salt, pepper, finely chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and pour in hot water until it covers the ingredients.
Step 6
Cover the pot with a lid and simmer the meat until fully cooked.
Step 7
Serve the lamb drizzled with the juices that formed during cooking.
