Ingredients
- Lamb - 5.3 oz
- Pumpkin - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb meat into small cubes.
Step 2
Place in a pot, sauté in butter, then pour in hot water just enough to cover the lamb.
Step 3
Cover the pot with a lid and simmer the meat on low heat.
Step 4
After 10–15 minutes, add the sautéed finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, place the sautéed slices of pumpkin and halved tomatoes on top of the meat, and simmer the dish in the oven until cooked.
Step 5
Serve, garnished with parsley.
