Description
Lamb with Quinoa
Ingredients
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Lamb - 14.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Raspberry gin - 3.5 oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Quinoa - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
If you don't have time to wait for the lamb to marinate (it needs to marinate for half an hour to an hour), you can make it much simpler)
Step 2
Take a bowl and mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, finely chopped garlic, and cilantro, and add the mixed peppers to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Take a roasting bag, place the meat inside, pour the marinade over it, and put it in a preheated oven (to 392°F) for 1 hour.
Step 4
While the meat is cooking, boil the quinoa according to the package instructions, rinsing it first, adding water, and bringing it to a boil, then simmer for another 15 minutes on low heat. (We will use quinoa as a side dish).
Step 5
Now let's prepare the sauce for the meat.
Step 6
In a small saucepan, mix the raspberry jam, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, and add the mixed peppers to taste. Bring everything to a boil, then simmer for about 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Step 7
When the meat is ready, take it out of the oven, cut it into small pieces, place it on a plate with quinoa, and drizzle with raspberry sauce. Enjoy your meal!!!😊
