Lasagna al Forno
Ingredients
- Morels - 7.1 oz
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Ground meat - 14.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Chicken Broth - 8 fl oz
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets - 12 pieces
- Crème fraîche - 7.1 oz
- Aged gouda cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Cut the peppers into quarters, remove the seeds, and slice them.
Step 3
Wash the basil and slice it as well.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the ground meat until crumbly.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms, peppers, tomato paste, and basil. Season with salt, pepper, and chili.
Step 6
Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease a baking dish with oil. Lay down 3 sheets of lasagna, then spread 1/3 of the filling on top.
Step 8
Add the second layer of lasagna, spread another 1/3 of the filling. Place the third layer of lasagna, and spread the final 1/3 of the filling. Add the last fourth layer of lasagna.
Step 9
Spread crème fraîche on the top layer. Sprinkle with cheese.
