Ingredients
- Cheese Spread - 8.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Marinated cherries - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Pork Mince - 19.4 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Safflower Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Ketchup - 3.5 oz
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets - 12 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the cheese sauce, grate 250 grams of cheese into a saucepan, add sour cream, and simmer for 3–5 minutes while stirring constantly. Then add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and finely chopped cherry tomatoes, and simmer everything for 10–15 minutes with the lid on, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Place the ground pork in a skillet and sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes. Then pour some of the cheese sauce over the pork, but not all of it, as we will need some later! Season with salt and cook until done.
Step 3
Grease the bottom of a baking dish with 3 tablespoons of oil, place 4 sheets of lasagna, then add sliced onions and sliced tomatoes, followed by the pork and cheese sauce mixture. Spread mayonnaise over the pork and smooth it out with a wooden spatula. Repeat this process 3 times to create 3 layers, with the top layer covered with lasagna sheets, which should be smeared with sauce.
Step 4
For the sauce for the top layer: add chopped herbs to the cheese sauce, season with salt, and simmer without bringing to a boil. Then spread the sauce over the top layer and smooth it out with a wooden spatula.
Step 5
Pour a small amount of water around the edges of the lasagna, then cover the dish with foil so that it does not touch the top layer, and place it in a preheated oven for 45–60 minutes.
