- 50% Fat 'Lambert' Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets - 7.1 oz
- Lean Beef - 2 lbs
- Onion - 1 head
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice - 10.6 oz
- Dry White Wine - ½ tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the 'Lambert' cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and carrot until half-cooked.
Step 3
Pour in the wine, let it evaporate, add the ground beef, chili pepper, finely chopped garlic, ginger, and cook until fully done. Add the coarsely chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Layer the lasagna sheets, meat mixture, and 'Lambert' cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 374°F.
Step 5
Remove the foil, bake for another 20 minutes, and serve.
