Description
You can use Swiss chard instead of spinach.
Ingredients
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 7.1 oz
- Pork tenderloin - 26.5 oz
- Spinach - 26.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the salmon meat into thin slices, then into strips about two centimeters wide.
Step 2
Slice the pork loin into thin pieces and season with pepper. Wrap the meat slices with the salmon strips. Rinse the spinach and let the water drain.
Step 3
Cut small squares from foil measuring 22 centimeters on each side, with the number of squares matching the number of pieces of meat. On each piece of foil, place a layer of spinach, then a piece of meat. Fold the edges of the foil together and tightly seal them to create compact packets.
Step 4
Place the packets in a pot, pour in two liters of boiling water, and cook for 20 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon, cool, and serve at the table in the foil.
