Lavash pancakes with chicken and Napa cabbage
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Scallions - 5.3 oz
- Napa Cabbage - 1 piece
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into very small pieces to make it almost minced. Pour vegetable oil into a hot skillet and add the chopped chicken fillet. Fry, or rather simmer, for about 10–15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2
While the fillet is frying, cut the leafy part of the cabbage into thin strips. Finely chop the green onions and dill. Add the cheese and the fried fillet to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Unroll the lavash and cut it into strips about 10x25 cm using scissors. Place a tablespoon of filling on each strip and roll it up into a tube. Compact the filling at the ends of the tube and add more filling to the empty space.
Step 4
Place the pancakes on a preheated skillet and fry on all sides.
