Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Spinach - 2 bunches
- Melted Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ketchup - 3 tablespoons
- Cardamom - ½ teaspoon
- Parsley - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Line a board (baking sheet) with two layers of lavash. Chop the tomatoes finely or into rings. Place the tomatoes in a bowl, add ketchup, salt, pepper, grate 1-2 cloves of garlic finely, add cardamom, and mix the resulting mass thoroughly.
Step 2
Then spread the mixture onto the lavash and place it in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the spinach and herbs, and grate the cheese (firm mozzarella).
Step 4
After 10 minutes, remove the board (baking sheet) and sprinkle the entire surface first with herbs and spinach, then with cheese. Put it back in the oven and bake until the cheese is completely melted (about 5-10 minutes). The pizza is ready!
