Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients
- Lemon - 3 pieces
- Lavender flowers - 2 spoons
- Sugar - ½ glasses
- Water - 4½ glasses
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour two and a half cups of water into a saucepan, add sugar and dried lavender. Place it over medium heat, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 1 hour.
Step 2
Strain the broth through a sieve to remove the lavender. Squeeze the juice from the lemons. Stir the lemon juice into the broth, add the remaining water, and mix well. Pour the lemonade into a pitcher and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 3
Serve the lemonade in tall glasses, over ice cubes.
