Description

I arranged chopped herbs around the turtle and made flowers from egg whites and cheese. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
  • Chicken fillet - 7.1 oz
  • Onion - 5.3 oz
  • Apple - 8.8 oz
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
  • Walnuts - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken fillet until cooked (about 20 minutes after boiling). Let it cool. Chop finely.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion. Pour boiling water over it and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Then drain the water and rinse the onion in cold water (this is done to prevent bitterness).

Step 4

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a fine grater. Grate the yolks on a fine grater.

Step 5

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 6

Grate the apple.

Step 7

Chop the walnuts. Leave a few whole.

Step 8

On a flat plate, shape the egg whites into an oval, sprinkle with a little salt, and spread with mayonnaise. Layer the chicken fillet on top, smooth it out, and spread with mayonnaise. Add the onion on top. Layer the apple and spread with mayonnaise. Set aside a tablespoon of grated cheese, and spread the remaining cheese over the apple, then spread with mayonnaise. Layer the yolks on top and spread with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with walnuts. Use the whole walnuts to make legs, and shape the cheese into the turtle's head. Use black peppercorns for the eyes.
