Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 1 can
- Cervelat Sausage - 10.6 oz
- Korean-style Carrots - 7.1 oz
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Pickles - 3 pieces
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the salad, take a suitable dish. It can be a large container, bowl, or pot. The main thing is that the walls of the dish are straight. Place the mushrooms at the bottom, cap side down.
Step 2
On top of the mushrooms, layer the chopped herbs.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes in their skins, then finely dice them and layer them on top of the herbs. Press down well. Spread mayonnaise on top.

On the mayonnaise-covered potatoes, layer the finely chopped pickles. Also, spread mayonnaise on top.

Next, chop the sausage into small cubes, press down, and spread mayonnaise on top.

Finally, add the last layer of grated cheese. Flip the dish and place it on a plate. Let the dish sit for a while so everything sticks together and comes off the walls easily. Remove the bowl.
