Ingredients
- Broccoli - 10.6 oz
- Morels - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Puff Pastry - 14.1 oz
- Butter - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the broccoli. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil for 2–3 minutes. Add the thawed mushrooms and fry until cooked. Season with salt. Add the boiled broccoli to the pan with the mushrooms and mix. Sauté on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Step 2
I save time by buying ready-made dough. It needs to be rolled out. Grease the baking dish with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour. Place the dough in the dish, raising the edges high. Carefully place the cooled filling inside. If making a closed pie, divide the dough into 2 parts. One part will be for the bottom of the pie, and the other will cover the filling. If making an open pie with a lattice decoration (as in the photo), then roll out 2/3 of the dough for the bottom, and roll out the remaining part and cut it into strips. Lay the strips over the filling.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 392°F for 30 minutes. After cooling, transfer to a serving plate.
