Layered salad with beef and beetroot

Ingredients

  • Salt - to taste
  • Beetroot - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Walnuts - 5.3 oz
  • Herbs - 1 bunch
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
  • Beef - 10.6 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream - 12.3 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the beef into cubes. Grate the carrot, beetroot, potatoes, and egg whites on a coarse grater. Finely chop the yolks. Chop the herbs finely.

Step 2

Prepare the dressing for the salad. Add garlic, pressed through a garlic press, crushed walnuts, and salt to taste to the sour cream. Divide all the ingredients into two parts and layer them. Spread dressing on each layer. The layers can be in any order, but the most important thing is to have the egg whites on top.
