Layered Salad with Beef and Grapes
Ingredients
- Cured beef - 7.8 oz
- Walnuts - 2.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 4.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
- Seedless Green Grapes - 8.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- 9% Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, then peel them.
Step 3
Chop the onion, pour hot water over it, add vinegar, salt, and sugar, and let it marinate.
Step 4
Cut the beef into small strips.
Step 5
Lightly toast the walnuts in a dry skillet and chop them.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 7
Layer the prepared ingredients on a plate: the first layer is 2/3 of the total amount of chopped beef, 2/3 of the marinated and drained onion, and a drizzle of mayonnaise. Mix everything to help the meat soak up the flavors.

The second layer is 2/3 of the walnuts.

The third layer is cheese, followed by a drizzle of mayonnaise.

The fourth layer is 2 eggs, grated finely, and a drizzle of mayonnaise.

Repeat the subsequent layers in the same order, using 1/3 of the remaining ingredients for each: beef - onion, mayonnaise - walnuts - cheese, mayonnaise, 1 egg.

Cover the salad with mayonnaise and smooth it out.

Cut each grape in half and cover the salad with them.
Step 14
Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
