- Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
- Onion - 1 head

- Courgette - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast.
Step 2
In a salad bowl, beautifully arrange the lettuce leaves and layer the chicken, onion (blanched in boiling water), grated egg whites, mushrooms, and grated cucumber. Spread mayonnaise on each layer.
Step 3
Roll small balls from the egg yolks, herbs, and mayonnaise and place them decoratively on top of the salad.
