Description
Boiled carrots can be replaced with an equal amount of Korean-style carrots.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Kiwi - 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Apple - 1 piece
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs and carrots. The chicken fillet can be smoked or boiled beforehand.
Step 2
Layer the salad, spreading mayonnaise on each layer: finely chopped meat; garlic minced and mixed with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise; 2 diced kiwis; grated egg whites, carrots, apple, and yolks.
Step 3
Some layers can be salted. Spread mayonnaise on top of the salad and decorate with kiwi and boiled egg white.
