Description
Layers are described from bottom to top. Each layer should be spread with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Instead of boiled chicken, smoked chicken breast can also be used.
Ingredients
- Korean-style Carrots - 5.3 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 3 pieces
- Pitted Wild Apricots - 5.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms into strips and sauté them in butter in a skillet. Allow to cool, then transfer to a dish. Season with salt and pepper, and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Step 2
Boil the chicken in salted water. Slice into strips. Place in a dish and spread with a layer of mayonnaise.
Step 3
On top of the chicken, add a layer of Korean-style carrots.
Step 4
Pour boiling water over the prunes, let them drain, and slice into strips. Place on top of the carrots.
Step 5
Slice the cucumbers into strips, arrange them evenly in the dish, season with salt and pepper, and decorate with mayonnaise.
