Description

The salad can be eaten in layers or mixed together, depending on your preference.

Ingredients

  • Chickpea - 7.1 oz
  • Krakow Sausage - 7.1 oz
  • Romaine lettuce - 3.5 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
  • Herbs - 0.4 oz
  • Salt - 0.2 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 7.1 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the chickpeas in water for 6–8 hours. Then, cook them over low heat in salted water for one hour.

Step 2

Slice the Krakow sausage into rounds and fry on both sides until lightly browned.

Step 3

Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Step 4

Layer the salad: finely chopped lettuce, cubed potatoes, mayonnaise, finely chopped bell pepper, and chickpeas mixed with sausage. Top with herbs.

Step 5

Let it cool in the refrigerator for half an hour, then it's ready to eat.
