Description
If you don't have a sour apple for the salad, but only sweet varieties, you can add some acidity by grating the apple, adding a few drops of lemon juice, and mixing it.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Imitation Crab - 7.1 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins.
Step 2
Hard boil the eggs and peel them.
Step 3
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Cut the imitation crab sticks into cubes or strips.
Step 6
Finely chop the onion and marinate it in a mixture for 20 minutes (for the marinade: mix vinegar with water, add ground pepper). Remove the onion from the marinade and squeeze out the excess liquid.
Step 7
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and grate them into different bowls.
Step 8
Layer the salad on a plate, drizzling each layer with mayonnaise: 1st layer - potatoes (add a little salt); 2nd layer - onion; 3rd layer - apple; 4th layer - imitation crab sticks; 5th layer - egg whites.
Step 9
Sprinkle the entire salad with grated yolks and decorate with flowers made from egg whites, herbs, and imitation crab sticks.
