Ingredients
- White Cabbage - 10.6 oz
- Yellow Beets - 3 pieces
- Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil 1 carrot, beets, and meat, then cut them into strips separately. You can use fried meat instead of boiled (cut into strips and fry until golden brown in a dry skillet).
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into strips, then fry them (make French fries). Cut the cabbage and cucumber into strips.
Step 3
Next, layer the ingredients on a plate, mixing each ingredient with mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
Step 4
1st layer — cabbage (salt, lightly squeeze, and pepper, mix with mayonnaise).
Step 5
2nd layer — grated carrot (1 fresh + 1 boiled, a little soy sauce, mayonnaise).
Step 6
3rd layer — beets with garlic and mayonnaise.
Step 7
4th layer — meat with mayonnaise.
Step 8
5th layer — finely chopped onion.
Step 9
6th layer — potatoes with mayonnaise.
Step 10
Top with sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, add a little mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese, and garnish with herbs.
