Description
The layers are described from bottom to top. Each layer is spread with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Before serving the salad, it should be chilled for at least 30 minutes — it will turn out juicier. Garnish with herbs, green peas, and olives — if desired.

- Salad Potatoes - 21.2 oz
- Morels - 12.3 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 5.3 oz
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First layer — boil the potatoes in salted water and grate them on a coarse grater. Place at the bottom of the dish.
Step 2
Second layer — slice the mushrooms and onion and sauté them in sunflower oil, season with salt, and layer them on top of the potatoes.
Step 3
Third layer — boil the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Layer them on top.
Step 4
Fourth layer — add the green peas.
Step 5
Fifth layer — grate the cheese on a coarse grater and layer it on top. Spread mayonnaise on top.
