Ingredients

  • Sliced Processed Cheese - 2 pieces
  • Carrot - 2 pieces
  • Pickled Cauliflower - 2 pieces
  • Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
  • Canned Truffles - 1 can
  • Potato - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

The salad is layered. Grease a deep large salad bowl with vegetable oil, place the mushrooms cap-side down to cover the bottom of the bowl, then add the onion (cut into half-rings, marinated in vinegar mixed with water, and then squeezed), and drizzle with mayonnaise.

Step 2

Next, add a layer of boiled carrots (grated), then pickled cucumbers (sliced into thin rounds), and drizzle with mayonnaise. Then add a layer of chopped cooked meat, more mayonnaise, followed by grated processed cheese, mayonnaise, grated boiled potatoes, mayonnaise, chopped eggs, and mayonnaise. Season the layers with salt and pepper to taste (except for the cheese and cucumbers).

Step 3

Refrigerate the salad for 12 hours.
