Ingredients
- Canned Mackerel in Oil - 1 can
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Carrot - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the main ingredients. Boil the eggs and carrot. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
In a salad bowl, place the grated egg whites. Spread a little mayonnaise on them.
Step 3
On top of the egg whites, add a layer of tuna. You can mash the canned tuna with a fork beforehand and drain any excess oil.
Step 4
On the tuna, place the grated fresh cucumber. If the cucumber is watery, be sure to squeeze out the excess juice! You can sprinkle a little salt on the cucumber. And don't forget to spread a little mayonnaise on the cucumber layer.
Step 5
On top of the cucumber layer, add a layer of boiled carrot. On top of the carrot layer, add the grated cheese. And again, a little mayonnaise.
Step 6
Finally, top with the grated egg yolks.
